Therapy that helps your child heal through play and your family reconnect with confidence.

Attachment-based counseling for children ages 3-12 and the caregivers who love them.

When your child is struggling, it's hard not to wonder if you've missed something.

Maybe the meltdowns have become more frequent. Maybe your child is anxious, fearful, clingy, or having a hard time at school. You find yourself walking on eggshells, hoping today will be a good day.

You've tried everything you know to do, yet nothing seems to help for long.

Many parents arrive feeling worried, discouraged, or unsure of what to do next. Therapy offers a place to better understand your child and move forward with support.

Hi, I’m Kristina.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I believe children heal best when they feel safe and deeply connected to the people who love them.

That's why I work closely with both children and their caregivers. My role is to support you in  understanding what's happening beneath your child's behaviors while giving them a place to process, grow, and build resilience.

That's why I specialize in attachment-based play therapy.

Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling. They communicate through play.

Play therapy meets children where they are developmentally, allowing them to work through difficult experiences in a way that feels natural and safe. While your child is in session, I'll also keep you connected through regular parent meetings so you understand the progress we're making together and how to support healing at home.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming emotions, our work always begins with strengthening connection. Because when children feel safe in their relationships, healing becomes possible.
